VetVerifi is designed to seamlessly share & verify vaccination information between veterinary clinics and third-party service providers, such as pet resorts, housing accommodations, and urgent care settings. Our platform addresses the gap in B2B tools by making pet vaccination data easily accessible to authorized parties with the pet owner’s consent.

 Getting Started with VetVerifi

Step 1: Create Account 

1. Visit app.vetverifi.com and click on "Create an account for my veterinary clinic".
2. Fill out the questionnaire. Each VetVerifi account undergoes verification to ensure authenticity and maintain the highest security standards.

Step 2: Integration 

Once your account is created, you will receive integration instructions from the VetVerifi implementation team within 24 hours. VetVerifi integrates with your PiMS or Client Communication tools to access vaccination data, ensuring secure and limited data use.

Step 3: Configure

During the setup, your clinic will be assigned a unique Clinic ID that you can choose to make public or private:

• Public Network: Your Clinic ID is published for easy access.
• Private Network: The Clinic ID is required for verification, providing added control over who can access the data.

Step 4: Go Live

Once integrated, VetVerifi will automatically ingest vaccination data such as:

• Pet names, signalment, and owner information.
• Vaccination history and expiration dates.
• Fecal test results and future appointments.

This data is essential for running the verification process across VetVerifi’s secure network.

Verification Process

The verification process is automated for efficiency, ensuring that pet vaccination records are securely shared with authorized third-party service providers.

• Request Validation: Each requestor is verified, and VetVerifi ensures that the request complies with legal requirements and has the appropriate permissions.
• Permissible Purpose: Every verification request must have a legitimate reason, such as a daycare verifying a pet’s records for admission.

Verified Results

When verification requests are processed, they fall into one of two statuses for the requestor to review:

✅ Clear:  Vaccination records meet the service provider’s requirements.

❌ Not Clear:  Vaccination records do not meet the necessary criteria for the service provider.

Each status includes detailed information regarding any issues in the verification process.

Practice Communication

To help spread the word about your clinic’s use of VetVerifi, you can:

• Install the VetVerifi widget on your clinic’s website for record requests.
• Send introductory emails to local service providers.
