Viewing and Managing Verification History

Your verification history is a searchable, filterable record of every verification performed by your organization. This article explains how to review past requests, filter results, and export reports for compliance tracking.

All completed verifications appear under the “Verifications” tab in your left-hand navigation menu. From here, you can easily track the status of past and ongoing requests.

Filtering and Searching

  • By Pet or Owner Name: Enter part of a name in the search bar.

  • By Date Range: Choose custom start and end dates to view specific periods.

  • By Verification Result: Filter to show only Verified, Expired, Not Found, or Pending verifications.

  • By Partner or Clinic: If your business works with multiple clinics, you can view results specific to one partner.

Understanding the Verification Log

Each record includes:

  • Pet name and ID (if applicable)

  • Date and time the verification was requested

  • Requesting organization and clinic

  • Vaccine(s) verified (e.g., Rabies, Bordetella, DHPP)

  • Status and timestamp of result

Exporting A Record

Click Download at the top right of any verification result to download a specified record. This feature is especially useful for internal audits or compliance reporting.

Data Retention

VetVerifi retains verification history based on your organization’s plan and applicable data policies. Clinics and partners can review historical verifications as long as they remain active in the network.

Your verification history is the single source of truth for all record requests — ensuring full visibility and accountability across your team.
