Troubleshooting Common Issues

If something doesn’t look right in your dashboard or a verification doesn’t process as expected, this guide walks through the most common issues and how to resolve them quickly.

VetVerifi is designed to be reliable and intuitive, but occasionally, you may encounter a minor issue. Here are the most common scenarios and what to do in each case.

1. A Verification Result Shows “Not Found”

  • Cause: The pet’s clinic may not yet be part of the VetVerifi network or the clinic name was misspelled.

  • Solution: Double-check spelling and ZIP code. If still not found, contact the clinic to confirm participation.

2. A Verification Stays “Pending” Too Long

  • Cause: The clinic has not yet approved the verification.

  • Solution: Clinics are typically notified within minutes. If still pending after 24 hours, reach out to VetVerifi Support.

3. You’re Not Receiving Notifications

  • Cause: Notification settings or spam filters.

  • Solution: Verify your notification preferences and whitelist support@vetverifi.com.

4. App or Page Not Loading

  • Cause: Browser caching or network settings.

  • Solution: Refresh your browser, clear cache, or try incognito mode. VetVerifi supports Chrome, Edge, and Safari.

5. Duplicate Records or Incorrect Data

  • Cause: A mismatch between multiple clinic integrations.

  • Solution: Contact VetVerifi Support with the verification ID for review and correction.
