Hi friend!

I trust this email finds you well. I'm writing to let you know we have started to use VetVerifi at our facility to better manage vaccine verifications and create a better experience for everyone, including our partner vet clinics.

VetVerifi monitors our upcoming reservation schedule to make sure upcoming reservations have up-to-date vaccination records on file. When a mutual client of ours has an upcoming appointment and vaccinations appear to be expired, they will request updated vaccination records from either you or the pet owner directly. 

Good news - they offer a way for vet clinics to fully automate these requests at no cost. Simply click here and create a free profile and they'll follow up with more info.

In the process, they'll let you know when one of client needs an upcoming appointment (for vaccines) and will even help coordinate scheduling if you'd like.

We've already started working with them and we'd love for you all to join us - together, we can create a better experience for everyone and less emails! I wanted to reach out personally to extend the invite.

Language to include for client newsletter

Dear Valued Pet Parent,

At [Business Name], we deeply care about the health and well-being of your beloved pets. We understand that keeping up with your pet's vaccinations can sometimes be challenging, and we want to make it easier for you. That's why we're excited to announce our new vaccination partnership with VetVerifi.

As you know, all pets must be current on their vaccinations in order to stay with us for daycare or boarding. With that in mind, we're launching this program to help ensure your pets are protected with the necessary vaccinations so there will never be any disruptions in your reservations and to make the process as easy as possible for you.

From time to time, VetVerifi may reach out to you or your veterinarian's office on your behalf to collect the relevant vaccination records for your pet(s) currently enrolled in our system. This will save you time and effort, eliminating the need for you to track down and submit these records yourself. VetVerifi may also communicate with you to confirm your most current vet practice prior to your appointment to ensure your clinic or practice relationship has not changed. It will come to your email inbox from pets@vetverifi.com. Please read and reply to any messages from this sender.

With pet health and safety being our number one priority, we appreciate you partnering with us on this important initiative. We are always here to answer questions you may have, so feel free to reach out to us at the facility at any time.

As you book going forward, expect the email from VetVerifi (pets@vetverifi.com) to be sent to you when you request a reservation and your vaccinations are approaching their expiration date.
