Release Notes: VetVerifi version 2.5.0 released August 14, 2024
We're excited to share a new feature release in the VetVerifi app! In v2.5.0, users can now resolve "Not Clear" verifications directly from their "My History". Designed as a workflow feature, our verifier users can now interact directly with a verification result in a way that works best for their own unique company. 🥳
🎉 What's new:
- Next to every "Not Clear" verification result in "My History", users will now see a checkbox. Selecting this checkbox across one or more verifications enables a user to label these verifications as "Resolved".
- Once you select a verification, the software will ask you if to confirm your selection and "mark as resolved". Note: The status will always remain "Not Clear", but the alert status will now change and you will no longer be notified about this particular verification.
- Saving a verification as "Resolved" removes each resolved "Not Clear" verification from the Daily Summary email; allowing a user to manage its alerts one time without being repeatedly alerted to the same "Not Clear" issue until the appointment date passes. Users can now interact with verifications in their own unique workflow, from daily alerts to resolving a particular verification.
- As a reminder, verifications can be identified as "Not Clear" for several reasons, such as a missing/expired vaccine that is required by your unique facility or the listed vet clinic have no record of the particular client or patient in their files.
- Bonus: we also launched our Support Center! Just click "Support" in the navigation and you'll be directed to our Support Center article library. :)
🧑💻 Bug fixes:
- In "My History", we fixed the mapping of Detail selection “Upcoming Reservation” to align with the Status selection “Upcoming”.
- For fetched verifications in "My History", we added verification completed date to help our users understand when the verification was resolved.
- In "My History", verifications are listed chronologically by "Days to Reservation". Occasionally, an instant verification would interrupt the chronological listing of verifications. This is now fixed.
- We added pagination to "My History".
🤠 Behind the scenes:
- We added two separate QA monitoring tools to better identify possible bugs and recreate user issues proactively to continually prioritize user experience.
- As part of this release, we implemented an SQS approach to enhance how we process large volumes of verifications via API and batch file transfer.
