Release Notes: VetVerifi version 2.4.2 released July 25, 2024
On the heels of v2.4.0, we're excited to share several quick enhancements to VetVerifi based on user feedback to improve the UX. The new "Upcoming" status helps you easily track upcoming pet service appointments. You'll now always see the "Client Alert Summary" in every verification and all verifications in "My History" are now sorted by reservation date for better prioritization. Plus, we've fixed some bugs to make everything run smoothly.
🎉 What's new:
- We've added a new status - "UPCOMING" - for upcoming pet services reservations in our verification queue with a known service date that haven't yet been started. This allows our users to know exactly which upcoming reservations are being managed by VetVerifi and thus their local team doesn't need to handle.
- When a database search is performed that results in a verification that has one or more expired vaccinations, the status will now show as "Not Clear".
- When a database search is performed that results in a verification that has no registered vaccinations associated to the patient, the status will now show as "Not Clear".
- "Client Alert Summary" is now visualized in every verification regardless of status.
- Verifications in "My History" are now ordered by "Days to Reservation", allowing a user to quickly prioritize their work by knowing which issues require attention for a particular day's reservations.
🧑💻 Bug Fixes:
- When a database search is performed that results in a patient IS found AND does not have any registered vaccines contributed by their clinic (perhaps the patient has never been vaccinated at this clinic), the user will now see a message "This patient does not have any available vaccines." Prior to the fix, the user was shown the message "Successful Search" but no patient records were shown.
- We fixed the issue resulting when a PDF attachment in "See Details" had a long file name, altering the UI styling and making it hard to read.
- A fetched verification with a status of "Vet Clinic Missing" is now labeled with a status of "Not Clear" for easy user viewing.
