Introducing pet owner reminders for Not Clear verifications

We're excited to share a new release in our verification workflow - pet owner reminders! 🥳

At VetVerifi, we're dedicated to continuously improving our services to better meet your needs. We are pleased to announce a new enhancement to our verification workflow, effective the week of August 12th.

What’s New:

To streamline our vaccine verification process, VetVerifi will now send a single reminder email to the pet owner listed in your CRM when a vaccination verification is "unavailable" from the associated veterinary clinic.

Definition of Unavailable: An "unavailable" verification refers to cases where the veterinarian clinic has not responded to multiple requests for vaccination record verification. This situation may arise for reasons beyond our verification team's control. 

Our Goal:

We understand that communication with pet owners is crucial. By reaching out directly to the pet owner, we aim to increase the number of verified vaccination records on behalf of our clients, in cases where the veterinarian clinic may not be compliant or responsive.

Additional Information:

  • This enhancement is provided at no extra cost to our existing clients. 🎉
